Cable Cars & Side Streets of La Paz uses the city’s extensive new cable car systems to share La Paz from above and below. Since its inauguration in 2017 with three flagship lines colored red, yellow and green (the colors of Bolivia’s flag!) today MiTeleferico boasts a network of 10 lines that criss-cross the city from below to above and from side to side. Our full-day tour combines six lines that take you up to El Alto city for amazing views from above and continues down to the bohemian neighborhood of Sopocachi with its mix of modern buildings and bustling squares and parks, followed by a stroll along colonial Jaen Street with its five small museums and plenty of history!
